General Membership Meetings are held three times a year in rotating cities throughout the state. Guild leadership teams and current WACOPS members are invited and encouraged to attend these no-cost events. As an association founded to advocate on behalf of law enforcement, each meeting incorporates an aspect of our legislative strategy. Other agenda items like speakers and trainings are structured around of WACOPS mission and strategic plan.
Voting rights are held by Delegates who have been elected to represent a respective member association in good standing and are current on dues.

In the event your guild is unable send a representative to a General Membership Meeting, your delegate's vote can be represented by designating another member organization's delegate as a proxy. In order to temporarily transfer for your voting rights, print and complete the proxy form.
