Legal Defense for Eligible Organizations

Benevolent Fund

In order to defray costs for fallen and injured officers, WACOPS created the Benevolent Fund. Through this fund we assist with funeral and burial costs and provide help to families of surviving and disabled officers.

College Scholarship Program

The WACOPS Scholarship Program was created to provide scholarship funds for children of current WACOPS members who are in good academic standing. To be eligible, students must be a child of a current WACOPS member, between the ages of 17-21, and submit their high school graduation date or proof of a GED certificate. The scholarship committee selects students who they thought best demonstrated academic excellence as well as outstanding community involvement and leadership qualities.
